Our health insurance is through Blue Cross/Blue Shield and is available for qualifying employees. Employee cost is only 1.5% of gross bi-weekly salary, dependent coverage is additional. Depending on location employees may choose between HMO or PPO plans, all plans include dental coverage. Health insurance begins 7 days after hire. Vision, life, short term disability and cancer insurance are available as a low-cost options.
For all of our travel positions (need traveling status qualification), we offer paid private furnished housing and utilities or per diem allowances to offset your living expenses while traveling for work.
Our 401(K) program allows you to save towards your retirement with tax-free dollars. Our plan is one of few with matching and are fully vested once you qualify.
